How Job Satisfaction Mediating the Influence of Non-Physical Work Environment and Career Development on Employee Turnover Intention at PT XYZ

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect non-physical work environment as well ca-reer development on job satisfaction and its impact turnover intention at PT. XYZ. This research is quantitative, using path analysis tools survey methods collect primary data by dis-tributing questionnaires 171 employees XYZ respondent. results indicate that there a significant influence career turn-over intention, which mediated A pleasant environ-ment implementation programs can reduce level XYZ, supported feeling getting in completing tasks responsibilities within company. implication needs improve human relationships both vertically horizontally, design planning programs, attractive financial non-financial benefits plans.
